On the My Cart page, there's an "ADD A NOTE" box where you can put your desired color, minor customization requests, etc.

Having our existing styles/designs made in different colors other than what’s offered *One color only, no multicolor request. (subject to approval and fabric availability).  Please send us a message to request current available colors and fabrics as our stocks vary occasionally.

Minor customizations:

• Change in strap length only (handles not allowed)

• Removal of interior pocket/ additional interior pocket - 7" x 5.5" only (100php fee)
• Adding bottom pad support (50php fee)*Kindly send additional fees on top of your total amount.

Any customization that will drastically modify our design will not be accommodated.

Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom pieces.

Every tote is made to order, so please be mindful of our lead time of 1 to 2 business days per order. However, if excess stock is available on hand, we can accommodate same-day shipping.
