How do I order?

Take note that all items are made to order.
When will you ship my order?
FOR PAID ORDERS, Please don’t forget to send us a copy of your payment through Instagram @badasstotegirl or Email email@example.com -- Please note that we do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends and special/non-working holidays.
Every tote is made to order, so please be mindful of our lead time of 2 to 3 business days per order. However, if excess stock is available on hand, we can accommodate same-day shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via BDO, BPI (QR code upon request)
(Bank and Mobile Transfer)
GCash and Maya. We don’t accept COD (Cash On Delivery) at the moment.
After placing your order, kindly wait for a billing summary to be sent via email within 24hrs. All payment details are also included in the summary.
Note: To secure your reservation, we highly advise you to deposit/transfer your payment immediately and send us the payment confirmation (e.g. photo of the deposit slip), together with your name, via Instagram or email.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Orders are processed instantly upon checkout. Should you change your mind, please contact us (name, contact no., email and order no.) via email - firstname.lastname@example.org right away.

What courier company do you use?
We use GOGO EXPRESS. Orders outside the Philippines will be sent via DHL.
Do you accept same day delivery such as Lalamove and Grab Express?
Yes we do if your order is on hand. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. Contact us via Instagram DM or via Email for inquiries.
SAME DAY DELIVERY will be accomodated from 8am to 5pm only.

Do I have to pay for customs and import charges?
Depending on the country and its policies, the shipping costs only cover the actual shipping courier charges, insurance surcharges and applicable local taxes from our headquarters origin. Please note that all deliveries may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Do you give discount for bulk order?
We do not offer major discounts on a bulk order, all prices are fixed unless there is an ongoing promotion.
Can I change my shipping address?
We may be able to adjust the address on your order within a short window. Please review the information thoroughly during checkout and on your confirmation email. If you see an error, please reach out to email@example.com as soon as possible.
What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Can we have it customized?
Choose "CUSTOMIZE" in the color selection, then ADD TO CART.
On the My Cart page, there's an "ADD A NOTE" box where you can put your desired color, minor customization requests, etc.
Having our existing styles/designs made in different colors other than what’s offered *One color only, no multicolor request. (subject to approval and fabric availability).
Please send us a message to request current available colors and fabrics as our stocks vary occasionally.
Minor customizations: Change in strap length only (handles not allowed) (50php fee)
Removal of interior pocket/ additional interior pocket - 7" x 5.5" only (100php fee)
Adding bottom pad support (50php fee)

Any customization that will drastically modify our design will not be accommodated.
*Colors -Rust, Nutmeg, Cloud and sand are made of lighter/thinner materials compared to other colors*
Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom pieces.
Nearly all of our Canvas products are hand washable, with the exception of bags with hardware (such as top zip closures), which should be spot cleaned. Since heat can be damaging to the integrity of the fabric, we recommend line drying, as it is more gentle (and better for the environment!) and please avoid wringing after washing, hang it dry!
Where are your bags manufactured?
Badass Tote Girl is locally made at our workshop in Antipolo, Philippines. We love to support the livelihood of our local bagmakers.
Do you have resellers?
We do our best to keep our brand genuine so we only sell them online, in our Badass Shop + Café , Frankie General Store SM AURA and The Farm At San Benito.
All returned items must be processed within (7) days upon purchase. Keep your Sales Invoice or any proof of purchase so we can accommodate your return.
All returned items, whether for refund or exchange, must be in new, unworn condition. Badass Tote Girl reserves the right to determine whether it is defective or caused by normal wear and tear. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted and/or accommodated.
No Returns for Courier Mishandling: We cannot accept returns for items that have been mishandled by the courier. Once the item has been handed over to the courier for delivery, any damage or loss incurred during transit is beyond our control. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your package upon receipt and contacting the courier directly for any concerns.
Badass Tote Girl strictly implements no valid proof of purchase (Sales Invoice, and the like) and/or payment (PayPal confirmation, Bank Transfer confirmation), no transaction. The customer must also present a valid ID along with the proof of purchase/payment.
Merchandise must include its corresponding tag and all original packaging materials.
Badass Tote Girl will not cover any shipping expenses for returns and exchanges. Should the customer choose to have the replacement shipped within or outside Metro Manila, the customer will shoulder further shipping expenses.
